We were greeted in store by a person called Jennifer,she was attentive without being overbearing,giving advice when needed and leaving us to lead rather than being led by the nose!Refreshing!

I saw my products on the internet and called my local store at merry hill Dudley. The assistant was very helpful and took my order over the telephone. The mattress I originally wanted was a long delivery time , it was for a childs bed and he recommended another alternative which I then ordered. Very Helpful indeed
