Jenny was very helpful advising us that a separate price would be given for any bed base we were interested in. Sam was also really attentive and helpful finding different prices for the bases we looked at and advising on 'cover' prices and detail should we be interested. She gave us a date when our delivery will be made . The whole experience was quick and efficient and I will definitely return to Dreams for further bed stuff. Maggi Corby

The assistance called Abs had really good interpersonal skills. As i am quite direct as a person and time was an issue. Abs adapted his communication to suit and with good humour. A full explanation and attention to the detail was given. More than happy with the service Abs provided.

Friendly approach, no pressure, good and obviously experienced advice, and even made a cuppa while I made my decision!

Jenny took time to determine what our requirements were. There was no pushy sales techniques just an understanding and encouragement to try the products available. she advised us to try the Tempur experience initially to help us understand what we might be looking for in terms of supporting back and posture when sleeping. We then spoke to her about the TV beds and the reliability and how sturdy the bed frame was. She was understanding of our budget and directed us to products that were within our budget again with no pushy sales techniques. She was honest, open and friendly which lead to the sale.

We received great customer service from the word go. From honest feedback on products to the actual care they had for you regarding the product you were looking for. It wasn't as if they were just after your money and thinking about their sales targets. Our visit today was a great shopping experience, not only did we not feel pressured into buying something, we also had a giggle. The manager Abs is one funny chatty guy. We need more people in retail like this. As promised we will return soon to purchase the matress.
