Dreams - Brierley Hill

As soon as we entered the store we were met with a cheery 'hello' from the receptionist. We were not 'pounced on' but were allowed space to browse for 5 - 10mins. Jag then came up to us and asked if we would like any help. He was very knowledgeable in the product and an excellent salesman! He guided us through the various options until we made our decision. He was easy to get on with and apart from parting with our money, was a pleasurable experience!

The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff was second to none. She took time to explain all details of the matresses and what would suit our requirements.

The assistant-Daniela was very informative and friendly without being pushy-she gave me plenty of time to look around and the info I needed to know which beds to look at-she did not rush me or become irritated when she had to repeat things either.She also makes a lovely cup of tea.

Friendly customer service and very helpful in guiding our choices. The staff were also very patient with us while we tried the same 3 beds over and over again and also offered us different pillows to try along with each bed. They were also very friendly to our 4 year old son and made him feel very special!
