Jenny spent time with us at the Merry Hill Store, she was very patient and kind and we had a good giggle which made it a lot less stressful in choosing. It's been 12 years since we purchased a bed and she explained everything about the different types of mattresses. We even had the Tempur experience which was great, it gave us a better understanding of what we were buying. Jenny left us in the bedroom booth where we were able to lie on the bed and watch the screen while experiencing the modes of the electronic bed it even does a vibration massage! We did only go to get an idea but we realised how bad our bed actually was! Thank you

Jag my sales assistant went out of his way to find me the right product as I was shopping for a third party rather than myself. He was polite and very courteous, and had extensive knowledge of the product he sold me.

As entering the door I was given the chance to browse a little while, then finding what I was looking for, a lovely assistant came saying I could try them on the beds and to lie there as long as I wished, as it's best to sample and get what is right for your comfort, she even found others to try just to unsure that I purchased the right ones

Was over the moon with our visit to the brierly hill branch of dreams as we was served by the most JOLLY store assistant that we have ever come across was the most friendly relaxing guy to speak to made purchasing our items an experience to remember would definatly recommend to anyone and definitely going to be returning to that branch for our future purchase we also have 3 small children and thought it was great that he made them feel welcome and involved them in our purchase they loved it to infact the little one cried she didnt want to go home cant thank him enough for our experience
