Abs was extremely helpful and processed our order in a friendly manner

I visited the store at Merry Hill the staff were pleasant and welcoming -Dani and the Manager made themselves available to give advice but gave me lots of time to look around and try out all the different types of beds.I must have been in there for 2 hours before i made my purchase but there was no pressure on me -it was a relaxed atmosphere,Dani was extremely helpful and also the manager made me feel welcome.They were very informative and helpful-I was even given a pillow by Dani-thank you for your help.

Abs helped us today in store. His customer service was exceptional and he helped us find just what we needed. Excellent service

Large selection to choose from in a very nice show room. Very pleasant and helpful staff and the offer of refreshments while we browsed was very welcome.

The store was very easy to find and had plenty of good parking facilities, we were greeted warmly by all staff who let us look around until we needed them (no hassling) we were then served by Jennifer, a very nice lady who dealt with all our requirements in a friendly manner, we came away having bought exactly what we wanted!
