Dreams - Brierley Hill

Jenny served us and she was really friendly. We wanted to purchase a bed and mattress however we noticed on the website we could do it with 0 deposit and 0 finance, went back to dreams and the manger called the area manager to make sure we could have the same as the net, overall very happy with the service, especially as we were offered tea and coffee too!

Found exactly what we were looking for at a discounted price.

Very good service, no pressure sales people... They couldn't have been more helpful and they made us a cup of tea, what more can i say, perfect.

Upon arrival to your Merry Hill branch we got a big friendly 'hello' from the sales staff. This made us feel welcome and put us at ease immediately. We needed lots of help when choosing our new bed and it was super that the help we needed was freely available. The sales staff... one in particular let us try most of the beds in the show room and gave lots of helpful, genuine advise on which would be best for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she practised a very professional manner throughout. We were in the store an hour and a half (at least)

I was highly satisfied because the salesperson went out of her way to find me the best possible price for my bed and mattress they even threw in free quilt bed covers and duvet cover all in all I walked with a big smile on my face and my wallet 😁

We did not feel that we were only shown the more expensive items. The sales assistance asked us the amount of money we were prepared to spend and we were coerced into buying more than we could afford.

We was welcomed in without being jumped on by a sales pitch. Samina was great, had really good product knowledge and didn't pressure us. I was offered a drink, shown related products I was interested in and didn't feel rushed. We had our two and half year old little girl with us and all the staff were great with her giving her crayons and paper whilst we sorted the payments out.

I went into the merry hill store in the west Midlands. I was ; oking for one single and two double mattresses. Jenny your sales adviser helped me immensley. I had two slipped discs a few years ago so my posture is very important to me as is getting a good nights sleep. I explained my troubles and my needs and was realy happy with the amount of time she took with me to get things right. It's so refreshing to go into a store and have someone who was more than happy to help out. I shall be returning in the next week or so to order my two tumour mattresses which I tried out in the pod in the store. A full ten out of ten. The staff were delightful. Thank you so much.
