Abs the store manager at brierley hill branch was fantastic, we didn't arrive until 16:40 on a Sunday, he made us feel welcome, and helped us a Lot choosing and explaining the products & the right bed for us, We didn't walk out of the shop until 18;00, We was pleased he put the extra time in for us

We went in and asked about the TV bed frame and Jenni was very helpful and answered all our questions. We asked about a mates and she took us straight to the perfect one for both me and my husband. She went through everything in detail and explained everything. Star employee should be given a bonus for her extra effort

The staff are very friendly and always happy to help without being overbearing. We were served by a man called Abs I think he is yhe manager.Abs invited my wife and i to try several mattresses and explained the diffrent qualities of each one.Weplaced our order and have since recreceived our mattress and my wife and I are delighted with our choice.
