Visited several stores including a competitor - Benson's. Products, guarantees and service were far better at Dreams, had very good help from Jag who was extremely helpful.

Although we knew exactly which bed we wanted, having purchased the same item on a previous occasion (from a different store) we had some questions about the mattresses which Daniela was able to answer in a professional manner. The bed we wanted was available to view in store. Overall a highly satisfying purchasing experience
