Dreams - Brierley Hill

The customer service myself and my partner received was outstanding! "Abdulla" our sales assistant was fantastic! Could not provided a negative comment. He was friendly and made the purchase easy because he explained everything we needed to know. As well as provided other options. We felt welcomed and at ease when in his company. Would 100% recommend and return purely due to the service we recieved today in store!

Customer service, store staff, products were all fantastic! Drinks were offered in store whilst me & my partner were deciding on a mattress, store manager & staff all very, very helpful & friendly with smiles on there faces. I would highly recommend this store to family & friends.

Daniella who was our assistant at your Brierley Hill branch was excellent in every way with her knowledge and help in making it as easy to choose the right product for us.

The manager of the sotore (Abs) served my wife and i.He did not try a pressure us in buying anything. When we told him we were after a new mattress for my daugter ''who was also with us'' he ensured that we all tried the mattress's until we foundthe correct one for her.Then we loooked at price and we felt that we had a bargin when we left the store.Abs was very friendly and made my family and i feel very comfortable throught our visit to your store.We will be returning neaxt to purchase a double bed for my wife and i.

Got what we wanted with good help from the team there. (Note - the middle score for "This Dreams" is purely a location issue as this was not my local store i was there to buy a bed for my Dad for whom this is his local store.)

The overall visit from entering to leaving the store was perfect the staff were all very friendly polite and helpful especially Samina who helped us find what we were looking for and that we were able to wander around looking at all the beds and trying the matresses for comfort we were not rushed into a decision and were told about all make up of the different matresses available, I believe Dreams to be the best place to shop for a bed and there is something to suit everyones individual needs, in fact we were spoilt for choice and actually went back the next day to upgrade the bed and this was not a problem for us, Samina was on a day off so Abs helped us making sure we were completely satisfied with our upgrade and we were satisfied before leaving the store I have also received a call this morning to confirm the order has been successfully completed and given a delivery date because of yesterday being a bank holiday we understand that this could not be fully changed in-store on Sunday. Friendly, polite, helpful staff I shall definitely return to Dreams in future, would definitely recommend to friends and family.
