Heather the shop assistant was well versed in the products and gave us plenty of time on each bed , she showed us the automatic bed to define our best bed we would need , a nice hot chocolate while we was placing the bed order , would recommend your store and heather to my friends and family regard mr victor hunt.

The customer service we received was superb- we were welcomed by Jagdeep as soon we entered the store. His product knowledge was excellent and he asked us lots of questions to ensure he was recommending suitable products.

My partner and I went to the dreams in Oldbury first, we had no assistance and had no idea what we were looking for. We lay on every bed and had no help and weren’t approached by anybody. We weren’t sure what a good mattress was so we left. We went to Brierly hill Dreams after going to 6 other bed shops on the way. We hoped we may find something different in there. We were greeted by Jagdeep, his service was phenomenal I have never known customer service like this before! From start to finish his product knowledge everything was fantastic, he is a blessing to your business as he is so professional, clued up and is ever so keen to go above and beyond.

From the moment we arrived at the store in Brierley (merry) Hill we knew we were in good hands. In these strange times of Covid we felt very safe. Your colleagues were extremely knowledgeable on your product and also very payment in showing us various beds and mattresses. All the staff were very polite and professional as well as friendly. I must say that Abdullah and his team are an absolute credit to your company and we have already recommended this store to friends and will continue to do so.
