Assisted by Abs at brierley hill Dreams, he was incredibly helpful. Excellent product knowledge and helped me get s brilliant price too.

The assistance I received from Daniela was very good. She was highly knowledgeable about the products and friendly/polite and actually gave me a Tempur pillow to use whilst I tried out the Tempur beds. If she hadn't of done this I wouldn't have thought to try a pillow and therefore wouldn't have purchased one. Daniela as fetched myself, my mom and her partner all a cup of tea and made us feel very comfortable in the store. She explained about the free mattress cover with a purchase of the Tempur mattress and the 2 guarantees and differences between the two. She was informative but not pressuring.

The assistant was very helpful,the price was better then expected and we got to choice a delivery date that suites.

It was an enjoy walking and talking to your staff around the store,and getting good advise.👍👍👍☺️

Purchased a bed and mattress in Autumn 2014 and was very happy with the product and service so when we needed a bed for a 2nd bedroom did not hesitate to visit Dreams and make a second purchase. Excellent service given at the Brierley Hill Store by Abs and Jenny.

We only went in to browse although we where in the market for a new mattress, the advisor was helpful without being pushy, she was available when we needed her but left us alone to discuss things when needed, she was very switched on to the customers needs.

On entering the store we were pleasantly greeted by Daniela and the other members of staff they then allowed us to browse the store at our own pleasure and then when we required assistance they came over and were very helpful had good knowledge and advised on the products that were best suited for us. Whilst we were completing our transaction the manager came over and engaged with us and made us feel welcome. Overall a fantastic experience and will certainly recommend recommend to others looking for a bed.

Jenny was lovely, explained the difference between the different mattress types and encouraged me to try several to find the best one.
