Like the fact that the staff didn't pounce on you as soon as you walk in the door. They did say hello then said if you need any help I'll be around. They then allowed me to have a good look around by myself so there was no pressure from the staff which I very much liked. When I was ready I was able to purchase my item. Over all a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Order was perhaps a little unusual as my father was buying these beds for my daughters so payment was from a different address to delivery. Jenny dealt with us in store and then next day when we placed order and paid deposit. She kept me informed with phone calls and was very friendly and efficient making the whole process a lot less simpler than anticipated.

The staff at this branch were extremely helpful and they helped me pick a bed , got me and my mother a drink . I will definitely be ordering from this branch if I need a bed or furniture again . And ill definitely tell everybody about my experience.

The customer servive was excellent, the only problem was that the pillow we wanted was out of stock and was told they could not be ordered. We tried another store and it was out of stock there too.
