Despite being quite busy the staff (Max and Abs) made every effort to attend to us, and to explain the purchase, 40 night, and discount arrangements to us.

Hi on going to dreams the staff are very helpful and try there best to help you with any questions you may have . the sales person max showed us the storeage beds .and in the end we got the right size and colour and price thanks to the staff for there help ian and lou batham

There was availability of all the types of beds and mattresses to try out, and assistance was readily available when needed. It was pleasant to be acknowledged on arrival, and to offered refreshments was a bonus. The staff were pleasant and helpful and explained in detail the products and the relative costs and services offered. The fact there was recycling available was important to us. The store is well laid out and the products easy to find and try out. The whole experience was carried out in a professional manner and every aspect of the product and guarantees was explained at the point of sale so as to remove any doubt as to the product purchased and the relative costs.

Very welcoming store, in terms of appearance, layout and friendliness of staff. Easy to source product sought, good advice on options, quick process and friendly/welcoming people.

they tried to find the items around other stores off display before we purchased them due to us coming back having purchased a bed 5 years ago and then having to choose a new bed and pay more on top because it could not be fixed

Trying to keep within a budget, I felt the mattress were a bit pricey, also only two colour options were available in the one I bought.
