We ordered a super king bed and mattress. When the mattress was delivered we were informed that it was too big to go up stairs and we needed a different kind. It has taken 7 months to resolve this problem.

We couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for and had to compromise slightly but that was no fault of your store. We found pricing confusing. One thing that is very frustrating is the lack of availability of samples to take away or order online as the colour of material in your showroom/online is completely different in other environments.
