The assistant was very helpful. He took time explaining everything to me in detail to give me an understanding of what to purchase. I was very satisfied with my experience from walking through the door to finalising the purchase.

Really friendly staff member walked me through a wide range of mattresses that suited my body style and rough price range. Knowledgeable about the products and easy to talk to, with a really quick streamlined payment system. Would have loved to have had the mattress delivered a little earlier, but not much that can done about a manufactures stock levels.

The service from the worker was incredible, very helpful. Amazing service.

It was lovely friendly all guys where great had a laugh made us at ease first seen by kelly an then the 2 lads on bein manager too all really friendly helpful an sound x brought 2 beds an mattresses with in 2 days with each other just gotta wait to b delivered ive brought from u b4 2 so went back as was also gd then x brierly hill store lovely guys x

Kelly helped us from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, but gave us space to talk and decided wasn’t pushy. Was so lovely and very helpfully.

From the second we walked in the store we were greeted in a friendly manor. We made it apparent that we had no idea where to start and the colleague was more than helpful. Getting us fitted for a mattress that suited us and showing us lots of different ones to choose from. He asked us questions to get to know us a bit more and understand the price range we were looking at and the quality of the product we wanted.
