i never give a highly satisfied to any thing as there is always things that could be improved but having said that I was very satisfied with the staff member who served me

Perfection in sales is an impossibility! However what the person who served us did was to sell us additional items to go with our intended purchase. Your IT system could not locate our post code where we have lived for 50 years! Our experience was relatively painless which is about as good as it gets.

No single beds and mattresses on demonstration. Staff did not know the online goods that should have been in store. To the point where I just wondered around the store with my 15 year old daughter to find for myself a mattress that suited her. Then an assistant came to help by saying. Have you found what you wanted.

When buying the bed we didn't know there was an extra charge to take your old bed away. When you've just about got enough to by a bed and didn't expect these extra charges it's a bit disappointing, stressing how to find the money or thinking who can help us get rid of our old bed.

Jenny was very helpful giving plenty of support and assistance showing a good understanding of the products. I chose the middle option for price as it is difficult to state 'highly satisfied' as obviously I'd like things to be cheaper!!
