Buy a mattress no prior knowledge and felt like I could do with a little bit more information from the assistance in what the different types of beds were. Wanting to know what is best type for a teenager and why just felt that it could do with a little bit more explanation behind it

when the assistant checked availability we were down for 4 weeks which was the end of March, due to shift/work pattern we were only given 3 days and we are at work for those so added an extra week to get availability and to suit my shifts.

Only one member of staff was visible and he seemed dis interested but knowledgeable, Monday blues maybe. As the store was empty though I was served straight away.

Lack of staff on entering the store. There was no-one else in the store, and as I was unsure of what area I would find what I needed and I couldn't see any staff around, it fleetingly crossed my mind to walk out and try someqwhere else. However I could not fault the assistance when it came!

Store needs to feel cleaner and brighter. More friendly from moment walk in. Overall service was good and helpful.
