Entering store,assistants very informative.Left to browse,which we liked,upon choice of mattress taken to sales desk,offered drink & there it ended.Twenty minutes or so later,manager enquired what was happening {at this point nothing }he then sent an assistant,FAYE who soon completed our order very efficiently & quickly.Felt sorry for her as she had to pick up the pieces.Everyone most apologetic for the delay.Left store slightly disappointed.

Jenny the stores sales person was more than helpful with good product knowledge, I had no issues with the staff. The problem occurred during setting up the finance, the new system gave error codes and Jenny could not finalise the transaction. She made a call to the underwriters who restarted the application however they made a mistake on the application and Jenny could not see the transaction on the system. This is now over 1 1/2 hours just trying to set up payment that Jenny resorted to using an older system to set up the finance which was accepted in around 30 minutes. So overhaul we spent 30 minutes looking around the store picking the item we wanted with Jenny assisting and then 2 hours attempting to pay.

Jag at Dreams was exceptional - knowledgeable about the products, patient, helpful and understanding. What spoilt our shopping experience with Dreams was the delivery service. We received a text asking us to confirm the convenience of the delivery date - we did this. It was a Saturday and the van never turned up and didn't ring us to explain their whereabouts. We were not able to contact them. We had already disposed of my old bed and mattress. Fortunately, Jag (who we were able to contact) loaned me a mattress to use while I was still waiting for my bed. On Monday, we were able to reschedule our delivery for the Thursday. We are still waiting for an explanation as to what happened on the Saturday. The drivers apparently lied and said they rang to ask about an alternative delivery on the Sunday and we said this was inconvenient. This story was false, no call had been made. We have been given a thirty pound voucher by way of compensation but we will have to purchase something from Dreams in order to take advantage of this. This system needs revising to prevent further disappointed Dreams customers.

the only thing not highly satisfing was the delivery time every thing else fine it is a realy friendly and welcoming store and faye was realy helpfull.

When we placed the order web have been charged a delivery charge. If I had ordered on line the delivery is free. I think this is very unfair.
