When I was a little concerned at parting with £1200, the member of staff assured me this was a ten year investment. When I probed further on this statement, the guarentee was 8 years. I prefer when people stick to facts rather than fluffing things up to help their sales technique.

The saleswoman was very helpful and was very friendly. I was a little disappointed to have to pay almost £40 for delivery and also that you would charge the same for taking away old bed. Other stores will do these things for no charge. This would make me look at another store before I purchased from Dreams again although other than this I was impressed with store layout and staff

We were satisfied with the experience, there was an issue with the member of staff putting the wrong mattress through on the receipt (which was of a higher value) but this was changed with no issue once spotted by us. Very friendly and helpful staff.

i am answering questions about your Brierley Hill store,where your staff are wonderful.Unlike your Wednesbury store where earlier that day they were next to useless.what we saw online was not in store and they offered no help to find/sell these items.we popped into the Breirley Hill store on the way back home and found them very helpful.she show use the online cattalogue / screen where we were able to find the bed frame and placed our order for for a new bed frame and mattress. Brierley Hill gets a big thumbs up,very knowledgable and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Wednesbury store gets a massive thumbs down.went in there a few years ago and got the same waste of space experience and walked away and took our money else where.

It was to do with paying not only the delivery charge but the removal of the old mattress I accepted the £39 delivery charge although it's free if we had brought the mattress on line but I could not accept the £39 charge for taking the old one away and informed Jennifer of this and was willing to cancel the complete order but after she asked one of her colleagues the price for the removal of my old mattress was taken of my order and the mattress was still removed. I need to wait to see if the £39 did actually come of my order later in August.

Staff member was quite pushy and would not leave us to check out mattresses on our own. Having someone standing by you talking all the while whilst you are trying to test out a mattress is off-putting and a little annoying. It made the process feel rushed and not relaxed. Charging £39.00 to deliver and another £39.00 to take away the old mattress is unacceptable - the van will be empty anyway so just take them away for free! In reality, when spending hundreds of pounds on an item it should really be free delivery these days.

Despite the excellent service, we still spend far more than we expected. But this was partly due to our desparate need for a better mattress. The one we have purchased is lovely, but alas the rumours are true - latex makes you wake up in puddles of sweat....

Experience in store was good, what I am Dissatisfied with is the time to deliver, we were told at least a month, now turns out to be nearly 7 weeks. We do like the product otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.
