We would not give Highly Satisfied as there could always be room for improvement. We were, however, satisfied with the service which we received.

I ask if they take the old bed and mattress away. I was informed that they did as it was part of the service (the same as delivery). However I was not informed that you had to pay £39 for delivery and a further £39 for the removal of the old bed/mattress. By the time I found out about the price I had already agreed to the sale.

Only because we had to wait to be seen to order once our mind was made up because the assistant was seeing to other customers,although there was no pressure to buy from her,personally.

We went on a busy day, lots of orders being taken but only two working computers to process the orders. We were in store for close to two hours and waiting to pay for about a third of that .

The Assistant Samantha was a joy to speak to and very helpful
