It wasn't the Dreams store they were very helpful. It was the fact my online order was incorrect ( I received a super king mattress protector instead of a double) I had to wait for vouchers to be dispatched in order to return the item and buy the correct one which required me to make an extra trip into store to rectify the matter.

Delivery was not to expectation, therefore had to arrange to collect.

My policy is never to full marks. It would have to exceptional service and good value for money. Plus until the item is actually on my bed frame I really can't give a true score.

each assistant was only interested in their own clients which meant that they slotted across the store for fear of losing a customer. The till wasn't avaliable at the time so receipt was done manually. It was slow and noone apologised because they only card about their sale. I'm being fussy but the whole sales process was a little seedy. On a positive note,delivery man was fantastic, arrived on time and couldn't have done more.

We purchased a bed from you approximately 4 years ago. The mattress was old and tired and we expressed this to the lady who serves us and was keen to make sure whatever mattress we bought we had good value for money. We went through the purchase and was provided with a credit agreement after paying a deposit. We were not told about the extended warranty that was available until after the order was processed however we were told that isn't a problem and that we could add it onto our order any point before the mattress arrived. We called the care centre who placed us through to the store. Eventually, we were told that we could not add this to the order without cancelling and reordering and this would mean our mattress would be delayed significantly. So we were unable to purchase the extended warranty which we were keen on given that our last mattress didn't last the recommended 8 years that you advertise. We also received a call prior to deliver demanding we paid our balance despite us having agreed a credit agreement. This was resolved however we did not receive any apology nor confirmation when the first payment will be taken.

This was the only store visited, so we have no comparison to make. We will be delivered with what we hope that we have paid for, in 6 days time. Therefore we have no other details of competitors prices/products/service etc.

We purchased in the shop, which didn't have enough staff on premises that afternoon, as we wanted to feel the difference between medium and firm mattresses etc. We were told delivery (on a £99 mattress) would be £39. We declined as felt this was too much money so arranged collection ourselves. On return home I realised if we had ordered on line we could have had mattress at the same price with free delivery. When I questioned Dreams about this yes, they then arranged free delivery for us which was appreciated but it took my time to sort it. Overall it has left my opinion of Dreams quite negative.

First order 086A020944 placed in November I’ve been cancelled twice with the delivery(9 dec warehouse problems 23 dec shipment problems with one day noticed even if I specified as I need them before Christmas) Second order 086A021400 10 to 12 weeks without telling me a delivery date.

I am still waiting to receive my order. Very dissatisfied with add on delivery costs having been told delivery was free, when I asked store assistant. Whole day spent waiting for delivery - never arrived. Since found out my order was cancelled, by customer services, but no one contacted me to inform me or credited my money. I followed your delivery contract to the letter but you still messed up. It was a 'fixed' delivery date. Now a new delivery date has been arrange to suit YOU - not me. So I have to find someone to be present for another day, to await delivery.
