Heather at the Merry Hill branch was extremely helpful. She recognised immediately that I was disabled and recommended the sleepmaster which matched me to the best mattress. I chose the second one on the list. Her interpersonal skills were excellent and she really went beyond by hand delivering the bags to my home. Excellent service

I think the lady's name was heather and i must say she was one of the most pleasant shop staff I have ever come across. and running three businesses' i meet a lot of people .

The staff were efficient and polite explained very clearly the different products. Left the choice to me without any pressure salesmanship. I as pleased all round by service etc.

The guy who served us was most helpful, very knowledgeable, and ensured we had the most suitable mattress at the most suitable price. He didn't try and sell us the most expensive one which we could have ended up purchasing due to it being a specific sized mattress. Instead he looked at the alternative options which saved us a lot of money. Cannot rate him highly enough, nothing was too much trouble for him.

Friendly, clean airey store. Good range of goods, prices fair, overall a good experience having visited a Dreams store for the first time.

This is my third visit to dreams Brierly hill in a year.jenny is fabulous..attentive..knows her stuff..and the manager is brilliant.ifeel like it's an afternoon out whenever I go!.will definitely return and recommend
