Dreams - Brierley Hill

I was greeted by Jenny and she helped from start to finish, I even had a fab cuppa when paying for my bed.

Well looked after by the staff, quick and easy process, satisfied with product, appreciated the Sleep Match tech

I have returned once again to but a need are this store and asked specifically for Abdulla because we always receive the most wonderful shopping experience. His knowledge and attention to detail is sticks to none and myself and my mother in law came away saying how lovely it is to receive such excellent customer service. (he offered my aging mother in law a hand getting up from the mattress🤣)

Welcoming and friendly staff who know their products well. This is the fourth bed we have purchased from this store in the last 18months, and a major reason for this is down to the friendliness of the staff. The staff allow ample time to sample the products and give sound, knowledgable advice about which products might suit us better with reasons why. COVID-19 measures were adhered to and I felt safe in this regard. The hot chocolate was, as always, delicious!

I was served by Abdullah in the Brierley Hill shop. He was attentive. Offered me refreshments throughout. He had a very high product knowledge and gave me all the information I needed. Overall very good experience.
