Welcoming and friendly staff who know their products well. This is the fourth bed we have purchased from this store in the last 18months, and a major reason for this is down to the friendliness of the staff. The staff allow ample time to sample the products and give sound, knowledgable advice about which products might suit us better with reasons why. COVID-19 measures were adhered to and I felt safe in this regard. The hot chocolate was, as always, delicious!

The welcome and friendly environment from both staff was exceptional. Was offered and received hot drinks throughout, the knowledge of the each product was outstanding and made me feel like any daft question was welcomed which put me at ease as I knew nothing. I felt very at home, was so nice

Staff took time to understand what we needed and listened to feedback to suggest suitable products. We were looked after really well by Jenny, but the whole team were helpful.

The service was very good. I was given choices. I was not rushed . There was a good choice and a reasonable range price wise. I was very pleased with the experience and would certainly go again. Hopefully, the mattress I chose will prove to be equally as satisfactory once it arrives.
