Staff took time to understand what we needed and listened to feedback to suggest suitable products. We were looked after really well by Jenny, but the whole team were helpful.

The service was very good. I was given choices. I was not rushed . There was a good choice and a reasonable range price wise. I was very pleased with the experience and would certainly go again. Hopefully, the mattress I chose will prove to be equally as satisfactory once it arrives.

From the moment we walked into store, Heather went above and beyond to put us at ease and help up find our new mattress. From showing us how to use the sleep match machine, to being informative, to making us hot drinks. She was warm and friendly from the get go and it was a pleasure meeting her! Will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending to family & friends.

As a first time bed and mattress buyer the Dreams staff were extremely helpful. Particularly Abs who gave extensive knowledge of the types of mattresses to purchase and helped me use the sleep match machine to find the right fit for me! Jenny was also super helpful supplying a pillow and allowing me to try different beds, covid safe with a protective sheet to use for the pillow. Jenny also helped with booking my order. They were both super friendly and really helpful with deciding on the bed and mattress and also gave great advice on when to book a delivery date which accommodated my circumstances. Due to their great service I would definitely return to this store in the future if I ever needed anything else and would recommend to friends and family and mention Jenny and Abs as the staff to speak to.
