Dreams - Brierley Hill

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Selecting mattresses for 2 80 plus year olds they were very patient and explained thing clearly. While waiting for drinks we were asked by other staff members if we were been seen to.

My wife and I were served by a very helpful gentleman named Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the different types of mattress and the benefits of each. He was also very personable and took a genuine interest in helping ensure we selected the right mattress for us. The quality of service he provided was excellent and we would be sure to recommend Dreams as result. Thank you! :-)

Both Jenny and Rachel were very knowledgeable, polite and made us feel very comfortable.

I pre called before my visit and spoke to a Kelly, I was fairly decided on what I wanted and made her aware. She made me aware of the options and let us make our choice. Asked for Kelly in store and she showed us the beds and assisted perfectly fine. No issues.

Store was busy but staff made sure everyone was being attended to and were really friendly

Abdullah and Kelly looked after. Upon entering the store we were greeted very nicely by Abdullah who gave us a lot of useful information about the typed of mattresses and shown us a machine that would help us choose the perfect mattress and he also offered us coffees. Kelly bought us the coffees and showed us around the store and mattresses within our budget. Staff overall were friendly and knew what they were on about and gave us alot of information about mattress care.

We was treated well and satisfied with service and purchase.

The whole team in the Brierley Hill store were amazing, I felt covid safe at all times, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and never put me and my family in an uncomfortable position, Abs was a total gentlemen and would 100% come back just to visit him and the the staff! will be coming back soon for defo!

We were returning customers looking to replace the mattress we purchased from this store 9 years ago. Considering the Covid 19 situation, the store was continually being cleaned, barriers and face coverings were in place and we felt safe shopping here. We were met by Jeff and were guided around the store without any pressure selling. We were impressed by his knowledge and friendly approach. Only later did we learn that he was new to this store.
