Heather the sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - we were looking for a mattress for our young daughter and we were unsure of the best product type. Heather guided us to the right products and also advised on the extras we could have (pillows, mattress topper and duvet) which we also purchased. She’s a credit to your company and we will be back soon to choose our mattress :-) please pass our thanks on to heather. My little girl loves her new mattress and sleeps in her own room now meaning mommy and daddy finally don’t have to share theirs big smiles all around

The team at Brierley Hill are an absolute credit to the store manager, even though the manager wasn’t there when I purchased the service was world class and nothing was too much trouble. Every question I asked was answered in a clear and very understandable manner by the assistant manager Jenny. She made it very easy to make the purchase and because of this I will happily return and recommend Brierley Hill Dreams to all of my family and friends

The lady that assisted us was called heather and she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she went out of her to help and had a vast knowledge of all the products. We will definitely be going back in to see her when we are ready to place an order for our new bed for the spare room

As soon as we arrived we where greeted by a guy called Abs who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable The lady Heather who then dealt with our sales was great made finding the right mattress easy
