I was treated superbly. Usha gave me all the information I required, especially when choosing mattresses,followimg the mattress test. Both Usha and manager Abbs were very professional, polite and informative. Well done!

Well I came in looking at mattresses thinking its just going to be waste of my time as I haven't had good experince in other stores similar but I have to say the way Abdul took charge and eased me in to how important it was to get right mattress was amazing he didn't try pressure me in to anything and when Heather joined in to the process it was fantastic so I think they deserve a special mention as we are all to quick to complain when thinkings don't go right but we don't celebrate success enough in this hard times. So thank you again to the team at Dreams Brierley hill you will see men again. I hope you have wonderful Christmas.

Staff member was friendly and informative. Offered us drinks and was really laid back with us. We didn't feel we had to rush. Very professional, polite and friendly.

Though it took a fair amount of time for a member of staff to help us when they did they were very friendly and assisted with an issue from a separate online order
