We were looked after as soon as we walked into the store, the staff were very helpful and the range of beds was great. We were shown several beds and made a purchase with no hassle at all, delivery could be sooner but not the fault of the store. Highly recommend

We were dealt with swiftly by Jenny who was very knowledgeable in the products and helped us choose the correct mattress for us by helping us on the 'Sleepmatch'. We were shown a variety of mattresses that would suit us and were left for a little while in order for us to make our own minds up so didn't feel pressurized. We were impressed in how quickly we could receive our delivery. We received a very good service from start to finish and would highly recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

I was recommended by Paul Cheny Previously Divisional Manager @ Dreams even though he's no longer with the business. I have attended the store which Paul recommended and was met by Jennifer and then Abs. They made myself, partner and our young son very welcome from the offset, we did not mention we were recommended from the start. They asked us to try a bed machine to help us decide on the mattress required. After that Jennifer had helped us understand the different mattress by sitting on them (Also protected us with a sheet) We have then found a bed frame and mattress and Jennifer and Abs at this point helped us with a clearance mattress. We placed the order and then explained we knew Paul. So even though we were recommended we kept stump until the bed was paid for as they worked with us from the offset. Feedback should be passed to the team as I wanted a Superking and my partner wanted a King, we were never going to buy there and then. We were that happy we got the bed we wanted, paid for it there and then and walked away happy
