From the moment my partner and I stepped through the doors, staff were attentive and immediately offered assistance, which we definitely needed. We were offered the use of the mattress analyser and this alongside the product knowledge of Jenny, our sales advisor, was invaluable. It allowed us to make a swift decision. All in all, a very pleasurable visit and purchase experience, and of course, high praise for Jenny's knowledgable and friendly approach.

Very helpful and understanding of mine and hubby's needs to get a good night's sleep, and a little extra space, so we went for a king size bed.

The staff (particularly Abs and Jag) were engaging, informative, good salesmen (using questions to guide their pitch not simply forcing one product/ idea). All in all they were just excellent. We were there for two hours but it did feel like two hours.We felt considered, respected and ultimately left feeling confident about our purchase.
