Our sales assistant was extremely helpful guiding us to the beds that were suited to us after using the sleep station. We were then left to make our decision on our own with no pressure at all to try certain beds or buy anything. Jennifer found the right balance with us returning to us to ask if we were alright but then respecting our request to go round and try the beds on our own. She was very knowledgeable about all beds and bases and gave her opinion to us only when asked. A really lovely experience choosing our first bed in nearly 20 years of having our other one!! Superb treatment in the Merry/Brierley Hill store. If I had more money I think I'd have come out of there with stuff I didn't need. Customer service was best I have ever received. Best in Brierley Hill
