Was served by Abs who was friendly, understanding of what I required, knowledgeable of products and not pushy. It was a pleasant experience and it was good to receive the excellent customer service that he presented me with.

Friendliness of staff and not being pushy jennifer served me showed me the mattresses that were suitable for me then let me go round and have a look myself which I wanted to do as I couldn't decide which mattress I wanted

I was greeted at the door by lovely staff members who had very good costumer service skills through out my time within store. All government guidelines for Covid were shown by staff members within the store. This made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Abs surved us and was brilliant. Explained all we needed to know and more. We did have to laugh at a woman who didn’t like the no toilet rule dispite it being a rule for everyone given what’s happening with c-19.
