Visiting the Brierley Hill store was a pleasure. Very friendly staff and I came away completely satisfied with my purchase and about the whole experience. I was offered sparkling and still water to drink. All current guidelines regarding Covid-19 were followed but the service I received from your staff was still top class. This is exactly why we still like to go to a shop instead of buying online. I thought it was going to be a tricky experience but Jenny made it incredibly easy.

Staff were friendly and approachable throughout. In particular, Kelly spent time with us to dicuss products and offer objective advice regarding different mattresses. None of the staff were pushing in their sale techniques. They were happy to dicuss costings and give us time to go away and think through our options before committing to a purchase. I would recommend dreams to family and friends.

My visit was very quick. We had telephoned a head to check the availability of a product and spoke to Abs who was very friendly and understood our needs. We needed a mattress urgently and pulled out all the stops to make sure this was available when arrived. We will definitely use again.
