This is our second visit to this store after we received great service from the staff, we were served by Kelly and she again gave us great advice and service. In these difficult times the staff had the patience and courtesy to deal with me professionally and in friendly manner. The hygiene and social distance in store was managed very well and made me feel safe throughout.

Abs was very knowledgeable and gave me time to browse at my leisure without feeling any sales pressure. I had lots of questions which he took the time out to listen to and answer every single one giving me the reassurance I needed before spending as much as I did. I have been to other Dreams stores to browse before making a decision but I did not get this level of high service that I did from Abs. I own my own car showroom and know exactly what sales environments can be like and the perception of pushy sales. None of this was taking place in the store which was great to see, everyone was friendly and giving customers the space to look around. I was so impressed with the way in which Abs dealt with me I decided to buy on the day from him, despite only popping in to have a look as I was driving by without my wallet. Again I was not pressured to call anyone to make the purchase there and then - he trusted me when I said I would be back and that trust made me make a 35 mile round trip to go back and buy on the day and keep my promise.
