very welcoming, pleasent staff, very helpful staff and i felt very safe in the store when concerning covid rules

On entry to the store signage and hand sanitizer were clearly visible. We were asked if we needed assistance straight away and were told of the products available in the range we were after. The process of buying was hassle free and quick and there was no pressure to buy at any time
