Abs was extremely helpful and took time to explain things to me without the pressure to buy. Sleep master was also really helpful in understanding my needs otherwise I would’ve been clueless !

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Brierley Hill Dreams. I was greeted by an employee called Heather who was approachable, helpful, informative and nothing was too much to ask. I was offered a drink whilst I was at the store and made to feel very comfortable with my shopping experience (given that I am 8 months pregnant). Heather made sure that I was able to access the stairs ok and every mattress I tested, social distancing and safety measures were taken. I was extremely happy with the way that Heather dealt with me as a customer and then when I found out she had only been there three weeks, I was even more impressed. Not only a natural sales employee but a very kind and genuine individual.

Hand gel was available as soon as you entered the store, as well as gloves and bottles of water. Staff wore a mask. Heather was very helpful, provided us the information we were asking for, right level of engagement not over salesy so able to walk round store to view items if our own accord. Offerred us a drink. Accommodating children's requirements. Bed available quickly, but happy to accommodate our timescales. Pleasant experience.

Having only gone in for a new mattress Jenny sold us a £2000 bed she was very helpful and she got us to use the sleep machine to check what mattress would suit us. All in all a good experience.

This is thee second time i have shopped at Dreams and both times have been very satisfactory. My assistant Kelly Was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
