We were impressed with Covid19 precautions as soon as we entered the store. My wife was in a wheelchair, no problem with that. Sanitisation readily available. Started to peruse around the bedding, and was soon approached by ABS, asking if he could be of any assistance. I showed him a picture of my existing mattress which I was looking to replace, having purchased it 9yrs ago from yourselves. He said that was no problem, and directed me to a bed of that type. He fetched a pillow and rolls of paper to lay on and try it for suitability. I got on the mattress, ABS invited my wife to join me, but as she was in the wheelchair, she declined, so it was down to me. It did not seem as firm as the existing one we had, so he took us to another to try. Laid the pillow and paper roll out, I got on and this seemed much better. All the time ABs kept up his repertoir of ease and comfort. Sale made, great.
