Dreams - Brierley Hill

The staff are wonderful, the store extremely clean, selections are wonderful and I actually left with a headache from laughing so much....(a good thing) Abs, the Store Manager, almost had us doing watersports (I will explain). I was drinking my water while sitting on the bed of my choice when he suddenly cracked another one of his off the cuff jokes and I almost spewed it. This guy could do stand up comedy and sell beds at the same time. It is impossible not to enjoy your visit to THIS store. Thankfully the staff has changed since the last time I was in there. A much-needed change. Jenny and Abs rock and I will be going back just to chat with them, when the opportunity presents itself.

Kelly my assistant was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and making sure I chose the correct mattress. This is the first time dealing with Dreams as I have opted for online stores for my previous mattress purchases but so far I am extremely happy with my experience and would happily recommend dreams to my friends and family.

We were given plenty of assistance and information about the relevant items but we were given enough time to make a decision without being hurried. The availability of appointments was good and the experience in store put us at ease under the present situation. All the staff maintained appropriate social distancing but made us feel welcome at the same time.
