The staff in store were all extremely friendly and knew about the products. We were given plenty of assistance and information about the relevant items but we were given enough time to make a decision without being hurried. The availability of appointments was good and the experience in store put us at ease under the present situation. All the staff maintained appropriate social distancing but made us feel welcome at the same time.

This Dreams store was highly recommended by my family who have always shopped here, it was the first time I had brought a bed, and the first bed store I had visited, Kelly was really friendly and helpful, I had no knowledge about beds or mattresses and she helped me find the best one for me, the health and safety measures in place are good and made me feel safe too, I also had an amazing hot chocolate!
