At dream store 086 Brierley Hill. Normally dont do review however, Jag was very proffesional knowledgeable and friendly, there was zero pressure to buy or even go beyond my budget. After finding a bed at dreams we decided to take some time to think about it and look else where. There was no pressure to come back form jag. So we went to a few matress shops. One included Bensons for beds where we were met by a condecending twit who actualy told us we didnt have to touch the beds because they work off a numbered comfort system and then sarcasticly smiled while pointing at the sign he was stood next to. So i said "youve just lost a sale" and me and my wife left. After that we decided that the bed at dreams and jag were where we wanted to spend our money. Not on some mediocore bed presented to us by some bellend at benson for crappy beds. Minutes later we were back at dreams with jag and we told him what had happened at bensons and how we had decided to come back not only for the bed but the fantastic way we were treated by jag and his team.

They go over and above to make sure the product is exactly what you need. In particular Jag spent a huge amount of time and nothing was ever an issue. Also everything about the experience of shopping at Dreams was shoulders above local competitors.

Friendly helpful staff. Social distancing measures and safety needs maintained. Would highly recommend. The 3 minute bed test is amazing
