Every member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting at the Brierley Hill store could not do enough to help facilitate my needs. They go over and above to make sure the product is exactly what you need. In particular Jag spent a huge amount of time and nothing was ever an issue. Also everything about the experience of shopping at Dreams was shoulders above local competitors.

We had just moved into a property over the road and our landlord agreed to buy us a new mattress. When we met the landlord at dreams he had a ready picked out the mattress and didn’t make us feel like we had a choice, after he paid for this he left and Abs the manager was absolutely lovely, so helpful he explained everything in detail he did a full sleep analysis, so we found out we actually needed a softer mattress than the one the landlord purchased and Abs went above and beyond to help us correct the situation. He made us a drink made us feel so comfortable and he wasn’t pushy he was more interested in getting the right mattress for us not about how much we were spending. Couldn’t fault him !!

Kelly was very understanding and helpful and tuck the time to help me find just the right matters and expanded about each one what was very helpful and help make my mind up. when it came to picking the bed Kelly again showed me lots of exsples and told the diffrents in them to help me pick the one i liked with giving me all the time i liked. When i was paying for my order Kelly explamed all my opsons and the extras avalibe to me. Kellys knolige was very helpful and im very happy with her severs today
