Staff knowledgeable,friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Acknowledged us when we entered store, and said someone would be with us asap. Hand sanitiser and face masks available at the entrance, and disposable covers used on pillows and mattresses. Could not fault service offered.

We were served by Abdullah and he was very helpful but not overbearing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He made us feel welcome and safe.
