We were acknowledged as soon as we arrived, asked what we were interested in and promptly shown the testing bed to ascertain the best type of bed for our needs. It was explained to us why the assistant handed us over to another colleague, who was equally knowledgeable and helpful the whole time we were in there, and also left us to discuss our options whilst in the store. We had previously visited Bensons for Beds and were not even acknowledged in the store - a completely different experience.
