Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant who was very helpful without being 'pushy'.

From start to finish. Jagdeep was very attentive, showing us all mattresses a available as per Sleepmatch. We paid in full and were kept in the loop as to delivery and given dates that were best for us

The staff were informative and knowledge about the available products. We were shown all of our options and were then given time and space to explore and choose at our own pace. We made the right purchase for our budget and left the store feeling very valued customers.

The mattress we were after was sold out at the Oldbury branch but the store assistant was very helpful and phoned the Brierly Hill dreams brach and one was set aside for us to collect. When we got to Brierly hill branch the stores assistant a Mr Jagdeep showed excellent customer service skills and did a great job explaining the product. He needs to be commended for his sales abilities.
