I visited The store with my 76-year-old mother, we were looking for a bed for the spare room. On entering the store we were given Hand sanitiser, face masks, gloves and have a bottle of water. Abdullah and his coworker were helping other people however he welcomed us to the store and said he would be with us as soon as he was able. He offered a variety of products within my budget and offered advice on various combinations to suit. Unfortunately the booking slots offered with some weeks away, so he offered to look in the storeroom to see if there was anything that had been returned or was available immediately. We are now looking forward to our delivery this coming Tuesday which suits us perfectly. Throughout our experience at dreams Abdullah and his coworker were courteous polite helpful fun and we thoroughly enjoyed our purchasing experience. buying something is not always about the item, it’s about the journey getting it which isn’t always a positive experience and sullies the worth of that item, But I can honestly say I will value my spare bedroom mattress and bass and remember fondly the purchasing experience with Abdullah.
