Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable gave me the procedure that measures your mattress type. Then showed me all the options I needed taking my preferences into consideration. Overall an excellent visit, however when booking an appointment slot on line for my visit, after choosing the slot I was informed that a conformation e-mail would be sent. This e-mail never arrived but on attending the store The slot had appeared on their screen but still not in my e-mails.
