I found that despite the obvious COVID situation, Jenny and all the staff at Brierley hill were extremely helpful and engaging. Myself and my partner didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, we were treated as adults and in all honesty it is the best customer service I’ve ever received.

Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable gave me the procedure that measures your mattress type. Then showed me all the options I needed taking my preferences into consideration. Overall an excellent visit, however when booking an appointment slot on line for my visit, after choosing the slot I was informed that a conformation e-mail would be sent. This e-mail never arrived but on attending the store The slot had appeared on their screen but still not in my e-mails.
