Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable gave me the procedure that measures your mattress type. Then showed me all the options I needed taking my preferences into consideration. Overall an excellent visit, however when booking an appointment slot on line for my visit, after choosing the slot I was informed that a conformation e-mail would be sent. This e-mail never arrived but on attending the store The slot had appeared on their screen but still not in my e-mails.

Your staff were very helpful. They asked what my budget was , also they put me on your sleep bed n it told me what type of bed I needed brilliant I'm do happy the service was so I'm a very happy customer I have already told my friends Thank you Mrs James

With the current climate of covid19 i was abit anxious visiting as i needed a new mattress but how could i lay on a mattress but still adhere to the safety and hygiene needs however i was welcomed by your 2 staff members abs and jen who had a table of ppe for safety they were wearing too, as i came for a mattress i asked if i would be able to try them which i was able to do abs used a pillow protector and sheets on mattress i was highly satisfied with my purchase

Under the current circumstances the Staff were up to standard with safety precautions, hygiene and social distancing.The sales person who dealt with us was knowledgeable, friendly and knew what we were looking for and gave us recommendations to bed comfort and type .Gave advice and we bought the mattress within our affordable budget.The salesperson was also aware of other people in the store and their impact on our visit.
