Tracey who helped me and my partner find the right mattress for us was amazing and I couldn’t fault her knowledge of all the products and she couldn’t of been more helpful and assisting to our needs! She took her time and didn’t rush us in the slightest. 10/10 customer service, would shop again purely for the good service I received from this lady

We were spoilt from start to finish by Tracey, she was very friendly, very helpful and explained everything in great detail, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile and was given a nice cup of tea and water during the process. Outstanding customer service throughout and we have recommended family and friends to Dreams where a few family members will actually be now coming to the store to purchase a new mattress shortly too.its the best experience ever and we shall definitely be returning in the future too. This time we have purchased a double mattress for us and a single for our autistic son that's going to be arriving next Saturday. The sales assistant, Lynne J, clearly knew the product well. She was very helpful and gave us her undivided attention. We would definitely consider going to Dreams for any future bed purchases.
