Customer service was spot on very helpful very polite had plenty of time for us offered refreshments very knowledgeable on the products on offer and guided us to the best bed for our needs

In comparisons with other stores we visited we left feeling that we knew the bed we was purchasing was the correct decision.

Staff were friendly and helpful, directing us to our preferred type of mattress. Pleased with the way they explained the advantages between one mattress and another, helping us to make an informed decision on our final choice. Delivery options were good.

Friendly staff took the time to explain all the different types of beds and no pressure to buy very pleased.

The only complaint was only one member of staff on duty who was dealing with another customer when I arrived. Once (20 mins later) he had dealt with them he was extremely helpful and efficient

A good range of products, and many offers available throughout the store. Very impressed with the prices in relation to the ex-display beds. Managed to get a huge bargain! Incredibly helpful staff.

The in store colleague Tracey was fantastic, she was welcoming and friendly. Tracey explained everything and understood what we were after.
