Excellent service from Tracey, helping us understand the right product for us, allowed us plenty of time to make our choice and offered her knowledge and expertise

Lynne James, who helped us, was very informative but not pushy. She gave us time to try the products by ourselves.

Lynne J was helpful and attentive without making me feel uncomfortable-she was there when needed but gave us space too. She listened to what we wanted and made choosing a bed really easy. As we are moving house we were told they could hold the bed until we were ready for delivery. All in all a pleasant experience and would have no doubts about returning to store. Thank you.

Lynne the manager, was very knowledgeable of all of the products, we were offered Tea and coffee, and allowed plenty of time to make decisions. As we had some space constraints, (Loft Conversion) Lynne helped us make a choice that best fitted our needs and the room ! All of the staff in the Cwmbran store were very helpful and friendly.

Tracey was informative, friendly and spent time with us explaining the different products. We were greeted on arrival to the store, offered refreshments. Tracey took time to speak to my little boy and he was even offered sweets whilst ordering the products.

The service. was friendly and the assistant was very knowledgeable we were offered coffee or tea while we were looking at beds and were not pressured

Staff where friendly and helpfull

We were greeted upon entry and the member of staff serving us was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping us to choose the correct bed. The whole experience was easy and stress free. This is our second bed from Dreams and we will be back again in about 5 years for another

Greeted when entering the store, very polite, friendly, happy, helpful answered all questioned i was unsure about, talked to us regarding other products i was interested in, when purchasing the product explained what would happen in detail. Overall very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to family and friends.

The salesman (Conor) was very professional both with knowledge and the way he dealt with us.
